PhOenix Ascend ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our "Stair Generator VR" application on the Meta Horizon platform.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
2.1 Camera Access
Our app requires access to your device's camera solely to enable mixed-reality features. This access is used for:

• Detecting surfaces (walls, floors) to place the virtual staircase correctly.
• Tracking the position of your headset in the room to keep the staircase aligned with the real environment.

Important: The camera feed is processed locally on your device. We do not record, store, transmit, or otherwise access any video or image data from your camera. No camera data ever leaves your headset, and we do not use it for facial recognition, identification, or any purpose other than the core mixed-reality functionality.
All spatial computing is performed by the onboard processors of your Meta Quest headset using the platform's built‑in algorithms. We have no access to this data.
2.2 User Inputs
When you enter dimensions (width, height, step depth, etc.) and select staircase types, this information is used only to generate the 3D model in real time. We do not store, save, or transmit these inputs anywhere. They remain entirely within your current session and are discarded when you close the app.
2.3 No Other Data Collection

We do not collect any other personal data. Specifically:

• We do not require registration or login.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact details.
• We do not use analytics tools or tracking cookies.
• We do not access your microphone, contacts, or location beyond what is strictly necessary for the camera-based spatial tracking described above.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties, because we collect no personal data.
4. Data Security
Although we do not collect or store your data, we take reasonable measures to protect the integrity of our app and your device. All processing occurs locally, minimising security risks.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Since we do not store any of your data, there is nothing to retain or delete. All session data (camera processing and input parameters) is automatically cleared when you close the application.
